what a non-stick should be

I moved away from Teflon trying to find an alternative that was more durable. It was a waste of effort. Nothing is non-stick like Teflon. I'll have to deal with the durability issues and replace a pan every few years. But these Tramotina pans are great and reasonably priced. I bought 2 so that I could retire the first when it starts to show wear. I've been using it daily for eggs and it's amazingly non-stick. So far, no signs of wear. Will buy again when the two I ordered wear out, but hopefully with some care, they'll last 2-3 years each. Recommended.

As a home family chef for 50 years these are the best fry pans I have used. From 8 inch to 10 inch and now 12 inch it's the only 3 fry pans I need. Aside from a great nonstick surface, I love the weight and the shape of them.
