Tramontina Professional 10-Inch Non Stick Frying Pan, Heavy-Gauge Aluminum Skillet with Reinforced Nonstick Coating, Red Handle, Dishwasher and Oven Safe

This is a well-designed, fairly priced, large frying pan. I have used Tramontina Professional line fry pans for years and recently needed to replace my 12-inch pan. Walmart used to have their own version of this pan made by Tramontina which was a little cheaper and the only discernable difference was it had two bolts securing the handle to the pan instead of the retail version's three. If you can find that version it is every bit as good as this one. Either way, this is a great addition your kitchen. My only caveats are that you should only clean this pan by hand as a machine washing can damage the non-stick coating and find a good lid to use with it. Otherwise, the pan is a good weight, cooks evenly, and consistently. Recommended.

This pan is NSF certified and has a lot of features that make it stand out compared to residential use pans. Instead of flashy features, you get a practical handle you can get a good grip on that is also removable if necessary, a strong and durable coating, and even heat distribution. Overall, an excellent pan that withstands commercial use but is easy to replace regularly if it wears out.
