This spring I had a visiting nurse come as part of my Medicare Sup Ins plan and at that time I weighed in at around 165lbs. After using this system for the 2wks, as of this am I am now coming in at 143lbs! To test the accuracy of the scale, I weighed a new, unopened gallon of milk and it came in at 8lbs—which is spot on. The only time I had an ‘emergency bathroom break' was shortly after I started and had consumed too much additional fiber—my fault. Would def recommend to anyone looking to detox!!
