• 4 TBSP Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero Blend
• 1/2 LB Salmon Filet
• Salt and Pepper
• 1 Cedar Plank, for grilling

1. Soak your cedar plank in hot water for 30 minutes
2. Preheat your grill to 350 degrees
3. Place the salmon (skin-side down) on the cedar plank
4. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Then coat liberally with Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero Blend.
