I did reach out hoping to settle this as I do not wish to return the whole set for just one lid issue. Hopefully it can be resolved.

I just ordered this set and received them today, two days later. So happy to replace my old pots and pans, which have been long overdue.. Color: beautiful. Performance: wonderful. I washed all the pieces, an immediately cooked an egg in the smallest pan. Flipping is super easy, and didn't stick. So then I cooked sausages and THEY didn't stick OR leave a cooked-on mess in the pan, it just wiped away.. I trashed my old set and put my new set in their place, yay! Only suggestion is adding a lid big enough for the largest pan, no sets ever have that. Now, to replace my spatulas...
