[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Indian cuisine is hit or miss for alot of people, myself included, but to be fair, all cuisine is either things you like or don't. I LOVE THIS. This is my fi4st ti.e trying one of these meals, and OH MY...it was delicious. Vegan style foods aren't usually something I go out of my way to try, but I figured mushroom marsala...i greatly enjoy making chicken marsala from scratch, so to be able to try a different take on it, vegan or not, I figured why not. Paired it with some basmati rice, and I was in heaven. 9.75/10 love this, just with the packet was larger.

The mushrooms and potatoes were tender and the sauce has rich and savory flavor with spices without being too spicy. I paired it with riceand it made a satisfying meal. It's a great option if you want something quick. Easy to bring to work too.
