I already owned a Staub Braiser that I love and use frequently. It's my favorite piece of cookware. It was a no brainer to take advantage of your sale and purchase the Petite French Oven. Aside from the beautiful color, it is the perfect pot for making cooking rice effortlessly. It looks so much nicer than a traditional rice cooker sitting on the counter! I'm certain I will find many other uses for this new addition to my favorites!

Such a nice compliment to the larger pots I have in the series. I mostly use them to bake my sourdough bread and they are excellent for that purpose. Eventually, I will give myself permission to use them for stews and such, but for now, I'm serious about my breads.
