So I got this for a fast I was on to make sure I had electrolytes. I added it to apple juice so I can't speak on the taste but I didn't notice a taste through the apple juice. Maybe just a little thicker. I personally just put a tad of salt in it just to make sure but that's just my habit when I'm fasting. I didn't feel any signs of low electrolytes like I have in the past during this fast. Even though I chose to mix it this time I did not want something with a flavor even if it was sugar free. Because there is something about anything hitting the taste buds that makes the cast harder. I usually drink apple juice so that does not seem to count. I mean like those "kiwi-strawberry-maho freeze lol. I also think the value was good. Obviously I did not have to drink the entire thing in one sitting. A lot of electrolyte drinks are expensive to me. I am an adult obviously so it's not just for children.
