Not as described or pictured. Arrived beat up

Product listed as 35lbs, when weighed is actually 25.3 lbs. Photo showed knurling in center of bar. There isn't any knurling there. Additionally there's loose metal bits inside the bar and it rattles when tilting it. One of the ends is also scratched up like it was dragged on concrete or dropped. Keeping it because its 30 bucks but would not recommend. Package also arrived ripped open in one spot, exposing the bar.
