I've been taking this for about a month now, I have noticed a bit of a change in my mood and cravings. I'm only taking 1 stick a day and I do have pcos. I would get my period still once a month but it was never consistent, this last period I didn't have any cramps, it was lighter, and just better over all. I've been using this for just over a month now. I definitely noticed I'm a little less anxious and moody during the week leading up to my period. I take it under my tongue and dissolve it and considering it's like a mouthful of powder it's pretty tasty and dissolves fast. I actually like the taste it remind me of a vanilla cake.

I'm beyond impressed by how much energy I have after taking this! The taste is beyond delicious - it tastes like Betty Crocker Vanilla icing, and dissolves quickly on my tongue(I've never mixed it in a drink but I'm sure it's a dream in iced coffee).
