I got this for my sister. However, my mom and brother both have the same one. The curve does not affect gaming abilities. It actually improves it. I am unsure of the ports, but I do know there is an HDMI and audio port. The videos impressive. Nice and clear. The screen is a decent size, so it does take up some desk space. However, it's a nice screen.
