Tasty, 21g Protein with Convenience

These bars are quite tasty and pack a lot of protein as well. The only downside - for a health bar - at the sweeteners. Sucralose needs to be reviewed to your own metabolic status. That said, I buy them and consume them 1-2x a week when running a tight schedule %26 enjoy the protein in a very convenient bar.

I love these things. I probably eat them too often for my own good. A couple in a day lately because I've been busy… better than most of the protein bars I've tried. Also I have Crohn's and often avoid too much fiber or lactose but these don't bother me after a week or so!
