If you're looking for a quick bite and energy boost in the morning, these will fit perfectly into your routine. Once I got use to the texture I love these. I like the raspberry bites in it. It's a good treat. I think the price of $2.00 dollars a bar is about right compared to similar products. At time of this review the prices went up to $11 per box of 4. Not worth that much.
