Tasty & Smoky

I received the McCormick Smoked Paprika to review for free with the BzzAgent Sampling Program. I always use paprika when making deviled eggs so I was excited to try this product. You can both smell and taste the smoked component of this spice. The smell from the jar is a deeper aroma than what is tasted. The paprika added flavor depth to my eggs without being too overpowering. Also worth mentioning, I noticed it was not as spicy as the paprika I typically use. I think this product would be amazing paired with deviled eggs topped with bits of bacon; or lightly sprinkled on top of a spice rub for a chicken dish. I would buy this product and I would recommend it to others. Thank you McCormick for the opportunity to try this tasty spice!

elevate your BBQ

Its time now for a BBQ! I decided to smoke my Brisket and I usually use just regular paprika. I decided to take a chance and use the smoked Paprika. Well I must say it did add a different flavor to my regular Brisket. It added a new depth of smokyness and everyone noticed the difference immediately. Will definitely be using it in the kitchen as well as my BBQ receipes.
