Easy!
Very happy with this purchase. Easy to use, easier on my arms than trying to stir in the last bit of flour by hand. Quick, easy to use, and easy to clean. Bought an additional one for my mother. I oiled the shaft and threads of the dough hook and have had no issues with metal shavings. Would buy again.

Issue with metal shavings! Soft metal castings on yoke and shaft metal to metal contact when turning. Glad tried before adding ingredients. Can see small pieces of metal.
