Sensational Fish Mix

Happened to order lake perch at a restaurant that was so good I asked the waiter what kind of batter they used and was told Drake's. Ordered it online along with some lake perch. The batter is light, easy, and not overwhelming where it overcomes the taste of the fish. It enhances the taste of the fish. Now I'm hooked!
