Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Wellness Sinus Soother Herbal Tea Bags (20 Count)

I have had bad sinus problems since childhood. Some seasons it is worse than others. This year I decided to try this. I am on allergy pills and mucinex, as well. Adding this tea at bedtime seems to have helped with waking up and choking on post nasal drip. I still have a lot to blow out in the mornings, but the hacking cough from the drainage seems to have been curbed. I add a bit of honey to sweeten it so it is almost a treat for bedtime.

This is a nice tea for night time sinus relief without the overdrying effects that some OTC sinus meds may have. I take this whenever I feel a slight sinus headache or mild pressure coming on before it gets out of control. Once I take it, I'm good for about a week and a half. This is much better compared to popping sinus meds all day for weeks at a time. It was getting so ridiculous that I had to switch to a better method. Although the smell is a bit off putting, I can deal with it. I prefer to drink it straight and it is even better at a cooler temperature.
