if you have skin problems I'm no doctor but I would personally recommend trying this I have been fighting with skin disorder since the beginning of this year and I'm trying to restore my barrier this is one of the few ways I was able to maintain cleanliness while having bandaged hands both of them this has been a godsend for wound care for me you can use it similar not exactly what similar to a hand sanitizer the only negative thing is I could not find a larger amount to purchase at one time and also it does have a hint of a chlorinic smell when you first spray for each use but it does work I can visibly see a difference in around 3 to 7 days while I was using this to help keep my wounds comfortable
