Each warmer comes with a 1 year factory warranty. This warranty is Non-Transferable. We allow the exchange of purchased items if the item is faulty. Once the exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return label. Our team will then test the unit to determine if the item is truly defective The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, water in the battery area, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance ( ie: taking apart the device) neglect of proper cleaning maintenance, or failure to follow written instructions for use. If the unit is defective: We will ship out the new product the next day. If no issue is found: If no issues are found we do require a $5 re-shipping fee to ship the item back to you. We will send recordings and/or images of the tested item if there are no issues. NOTE: We will not ship out the new items until we have tested the returned item. We use the gulicola glass bottle which is the same size neck as pigeon and fits this mam adapter perfectly! It has really saved me from having to use a compatible bottle to heat then transfer to gulicola

While I understand that the seal ring that goes under the adapter is not a part of the adapter (sealing it to warmer), it would have been nice if that was included. Other than that, no issues and worked as advertised/described.
