Each warmer comes with a 1 year factory warranty. This warranty is Non-Transferable. We allow the exchange of purchased items if the item is faulty. Once the exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return label. Our team will then test the unit to determine if the item is truly defective The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, water in the battery area, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance ( ie: taking apart the device) neglect of proper cleaning maintenance, or failure to follow written instructions for use. If the unit is defective: We will ship out the new product the next day. If no issue is found: If no issues are found we do require a $5 re-shipping fee to ship the item back to you. We will send recordings and/or images of the tested item if there are no issues. NOTE: We will not ship out the new items until we have tested the returned item. We use it a lot!
We use the adapter and the baby brew all the time for on the go. The adapter fits perfectly. My only wish is that the adapter came with more than one silicone ring for the inside. The clear silicone is easily lost. One back up would have been great. We had to buy a whole new adapter since we lost ours.

Works great with the narrow bottles. My only complaint is that the seal went bad over time and we had to buy a whole new adapter set. It would be nice if they sold just the silicone seal separately. The seal is also super easy to lose and we thought we lost it a few times!
