Hot and yummy!

This is a high quality product, so much better than the hard beef jerky, much easier on the teeth. The only thing I had a problem with was the cracked pepper was a little too hot for me. I'll go back to the regular seasonings for my next order but I do highly recommend especially if you like a little bit of burn.

Got mold in just over a week.

I always hate to give negative reviews but I thought the jerky was too tender and juicy. I was moldy within about a week. I like it thinner and dryer. I know this is the way many companies make it, but the mold really got to me.
