I am going through a process of healing my body quite frankly I had cancer and my sodium has always been low on all my lab work. This was recommended to be by a nurse. It is absolutely delicious, and even though you think you're just getting a small amount apparently it gives you a lot of minerals that you really need. And I see that it's making a difference in my lab work I now have normal sodium readings or as before they were they were off. It's you don't need much either and it's actually lower sodium than salt

Very good for your body, best if used mixed evenly with Himalayan Pink salt also purchased at Walmart make sure you look for the brand that is made in Pakistan. I think it is the most common seller at Walmart so you should find it very easy, but this salt is not available in stores to mix with the Himalayan pink salt it has up to 30 trace elements that your body needs.
