I loved this cereal as a child. And had not bought it in years . I saw it when shopping and I couldn't resist to see if it was as good now. It was DELICIOUS. Not overly sweet. Crunchy, and my taste buds and I agree. Still my cereal! . I had my grandson over and asked him if he'd like to try a bowl. Well he's 10. And he asked if I was. Of course I said yes. I asked him he'd like his hot or cold…What? So I made a bowl with cold milk and I made another but I microwave about 35 seconds. I asked him to do a taste test? He tried the cold milk taste that had been waiting about 3 minutes. And then tasted MY heated cereal. Nana, that's not fair!! I didn't know it would taste like that! Needless to say I have a converted a cold cereal eater of cereal everyday to a warm cereal !! They are the BESTBecause they are great !

I liked the texture of the bite size cereal and the flavor but always add cinnamon to my cereal to give it flavor and I put fruit on top. I didn't like the fact that the bite size shredded very easily in the package. I eat it to substitute for lunch but mostly I enjoy it at breakfast. I highly recommend this very healthy cereal.
