Pretty loud

My dog doesn't like loud noises so this terrifies her and she refuses to sit still worse then when I try to clip them, she's about 70 pounds so can get away from me pretty quick and this takes too long to file all the way down, might work good to file rough edges after you clip but not good for just grinding down the nail
