Her nails got super long because I had such trouble clipping them. Now with this unit, I am doing her nails every couple days and just a little at a time. She's been fine, and I'm looking forward to getting her nails back to the right length. The nails come out very smooth. I'm very happy with my choice.

I wish I bought this a long time ago. She doesn't even flinch, well mostly doesn't, when I file her nails. The different speeds allows me to work quickly to take a little bit of at a time and she knows this is better than clippers or the other one speed files
