I typically go about 3-4 days without washing my hair…especially the last 6 months. I hated washing my hair because of the clumps that were coming out when I washed. I'm almost certain thats because I'm on a GLP1. It was starting to have a real impact on my happiness because I just felt like I didn't look my best. Since switching to Routine Wellness, I no longer have clumps coming out when I wash…maybe just a few strands!
