- Each wild caught Sea Bass fillet is hand-cut, individually packaged and vacuum sealed for portion control and to reduce food waste. Sea Bass is famous for its flaky texture and moist tenderness. This fish is wonderful almost any way you cook – on the grill, baked, or broiled. Low in fat and a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Our Sea Bass Fillets are a natural choice for healthy eating.
