Good brand of sardines

Although I never did care for the taste of sardines, they are very healthy. I tried this brand and they're pretty good, as long as they're mixed in with other items. For example, I made myself a sorghum sardine salad recently (sorghum, sardines, greens, black pepper, Parmesan cheese). (Sorghum is very bland, so it needs mixing too.) It was pretty good! By themselves, sardines have a very strong taste that I don't care for. I'll find some more ways to incorporate my remaining cans.

low sodium great for dogs!

thankful to find a no-sodium added sardine to give my dog who has heart failure both for the calories, protein and it's only 55 mg of sodium per can. really fantastic way to entice them to eat! while also adding calories protein in the beneficial fish oils. great price and quality!
