It's a good product. I'm not sure if it works I can't tell the difference but maybe that's just me? It SMELLS like fish but it TASTES like sour powder which isn't bad at all! I personally add some mio flavoring and it's pretty good actually. If you're looking for L Carnitine, I'd get this! However JPG, the coach of tiktok, mentioned that it's a waste of money due to the lack of solubility. Take it on an empty stomach for best results!!!

tart flavor, dissolves easily

this product is filler free. it is hygroscopic so keep away from moisture. it mixes easily. i add 1 gm(handy scoop) to a concoction i make pre-work out. be careful with carnitine though. too much of a good thing will send you to the bathroom...and it's not pleasant! 1gm at a time. maybe 4 grms tops in a day. but titrate up to 4 grams to see how your body tolerates it. It is meant to help burn fat at the mitochondrial level in the process used to make ATP.. i have been using carnitine for several for a while now. has dropped my body fat from 19 to 15.5%
