Good quality glutamine supplement
I've been taking this glutamine supplement for a while now for recovery and also for muscle gain. It's definitely a high quality glutamine supplement as it has help my gut and digestive track and also it has helped with my muscle gain and recovery. Personally I don't notice a difference in my energy level itself but when working out it does make it easier to push harder and longer. Personally I have noticed a small side effects if you could even quantify it as a side effect. It will lower my BP when I take this. So if you already have low BP just be careful when you take this since it could lower it. But everyone is different so your mileage may vary here. This aren't overly large either and it is pretty easy to swallow. These are definitely worth looking at as a glutamine supplement and not overly expensive.
