My Go to Breadcrumbs for over 50 years

Without a doubt, these are the best Italian breadcrumbs I've ever used. I am originally from Massachusetts, and this was our go-to breadcrumbs for meatballs, meatloaf, breading eggplant, chicken, and cube steaks. The consistency is perfect with just the right amount of seasoning. When I moved out of state and a store did not carry these breadcrumbs, I would have my family in Massachusetts send them to me via US mail! For me, this is the one if you want the Italian flavor. I do season it up and mix in lots of grated cheese but dump a lot into a fry pan with butter and let it just start to turn color. Put over cauliflower, broccoli or top over Mac and Cheese or whatever - sooooo yummy
