Use a broad spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.

High potency product. Apply sparingly. Limit initial use to no more than every other night. Gradually increase frequency of use to every night as tolerated. Wait 20 minutes after washing to apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin at bedtime. Avoid simultaneous application of other topical treatments/ moisturizers in order to reduce the risk of dryness or irritation of the skin.

Perfect for every day use
I am about 5-years into menopause and my skin was beginning to break out. I found Poetry in Lotion and have been using it for 5-years now. I love this product so much. I only need about a dime sized amount for my entire face and I have yet to have any irritation from daily use. My face is free of blemishes.

This lotion actually works!
I have tried several anti-aging lotions and this is the only one that has actually made a visible difference in my skin. My skin has a nice glow, my wrinkles are smoothed (not completely gone, but better), and my pores (which had been really enlarged) are much less noticeable. Also, I had some age spots on my forehead and temples that are completely gone now. I only use one little pump a night for my whole face. I use it nightly now, but I would suggest only using it every other day at first because I did experience a little redness and peeling at the beginning. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey, but the bottle does seem to last a long time.
