Surprisingly Sturdy
Aside from arriving EARLY (WAY TO GO WALMART! CHEERS!) it was well-packaged, quick and easy to assemble, with extra necessary pieces (the "collars" in particular). It's impressively hefty, and quite sturdy. Easy to "level" on this old 200-plus year old flooring, with no "rocking" or "swaying". I hesitated to buy it but I couldn't be happier that I took the chance. I'm using it to hold a variety of items, some of which are rather heavy and expected some "swaying" but, not a bit. I can imagine it would be absolutely perfect in a garage or other work area. And with the wall-mounting hard-ware that comes with, probably great for a play-room. (Note: I'm NOT suggesting it would be any safer for children to climb on than any other shelving. But it can hold quite a bit of play-room items.) I'd recommend this shelving to anybody.

Sturdy, Heavy Duty, Greater Surface Area
I needed indoor shelving with greater surface area for plants and lights. This unit has served it's purpose well. Plants don't weigh much, though I, a 180lb man, was able to climb and sit on the uppermost shelf to mount lights on the ceiling above without issue. Obviously, nobody should ever do this and I prepared for it to completely collapse, but it is very sturdy and I expect it will last a lifetime. Priced well in comparison to other similar shelves available for greater surface area to hold things.
