bought this because I had a really bad thigh cramp which turned out it was my sciatica. was recommended by my massage therapist to start taking magnesium daily. because Ive had some leg pain due to my hips and disability ever since I was born. the doctor couldn't ever find a pain med to help the pain. other then over the counter pain pills which eventually stop working.
