Country Crock Homestyle Dairy Free Butter Salted Sticks, 16 oz, 4-pack

Country Crock stick butter reminds me of growing up, we didn't generally use the tub versions until much later.I'll be honest, I much prefer the olive oil blend over the Homestyle but both deliver on the flavor and texture you'd expect from a butter type product. Perfect for someone who is lactose intolerant or on a plant based diet. The difference between the two varieties is Homestyle uses sunflower lecithin and the olive oil one says soy lecithin on the website, important if you have allergy issues. The stick versions,act just like real butter for baking and spreading, something I have missed greatly. Price wise, cheaper than real butter but not by much so it will be an occasional use rather than everyday.
