This is a serious piece of cookware! Thick and distributes heat well, I've used it several times and haven't needed to wash it yet; it wipes clean with a paper towel, unlike Teflon pans I've had in the past. If you've never had a 12" pan before, make sure your cabinet has enough space because it's bigger than I realized. The large size is especially useful when cooking bacon because now I can cook all I need in a single batch. Would have been nice if it had come with a lid, but I found a 12" Otero glass lid that fits perfectly.
