Fell short

I was excited for this pan. Sadly, for us it burns 80% of everything we make with this pan. If you have this pan, use it on a lower heat setting than what you normally would. Everything seems to stick unless you have a lot of butter/oil in the pan. For us, it does not heat evenly and is center based heat. Very pretty pan, seems good quality - just isn't working for us as we wanted it too.
