Each two bar pack has at least one full serving of whole grains. These gluten-free kind bars taste almost like grandma's peanut butter cookies -not overwhelming with peanut butter, salt or sugar …just nice! All of the kind protein bars have 8 g of protein,. I believe.. I like most of the varieties but tend to favor the almond butter, dark chocolate, and peanut butter. One of those flavors is always available in my house.

These are so good. My only complaint is that I wish they had a larger quantity of them in the box! Not the bang for your buck I strive for, but definitely good when you want to treat yourself.
