Delicious pasta

Barilla shelf stable dried three cheese tortellini is very good to have on hand for something different than plain pasta noodles. It cooks quickly, tastes good, and has a good texture. I use it mostly for pasta salad tossed with Italian vinaigrette. It takes on the flavors of the vinaigrette really well and tastes good cold.

This 12oz bag is my go too for quick dinner ideas. The Tortellini's have good flavor and yes! You can taste the cheese. It can easily feed and fill my family of 4. Pasta keeps its shape after boiling- if you over cook, Cheese Tortellini will start to break. 2 bags can feed up 6-8 people. Definitely recommend.

I didn't know these weren't cold/fresh until I received them, but I gave them a try anyway and they are pretty good. You can taste the cheese in them, and they cooked up well. Nice to have on hand, and they can't go bad fast when you forget about them
