King Oscar Wild Caught Brisling Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mediterranean Style 3.75 oz

My husband and I love this quick and tasty food with crackers and light use of mayonnaise as an almost-instant lunch. The "Mediterranean" style of preparation in olive oil with bits of black olives is delicious, nutritious (high protein), and is packed in healthy olive oil. That says it all. The only negative is that it is hard-to-get. It is often out of stock at Walmart and has to be shipped. The waiting time for it to come can be long.

I wish I had known when I was younger how awesome these were not just taste but how good they are for a body. When you do some research you find out this is giving you five times the protein five times the minerals and inflammation fighting benefits that you don't get from the ultra processed foods we're being sold.
