In a effort to eat better I have been making my own quick homemade Italian soup using all fresh spinach, pre-sliced white and baby bellas mushrooms plus whited onions (I thinly slice) sauteed in my insta pot. Then mix everything together with fresh seasonings (olive oil, crushed garlic and everything Italian you like) and a carton of chicken broth. One pot makes me 8 servings. Top it off with Kraft's wonderful Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with Touch of Cream Cheese (who knew this product was out there) when warming it up in the microwave. Nutritional, but above all, easy, tasty and budget friendly.

This Marketside spinach is a great value with a generous portion size. While it is quite a lot for a single person to finish before it wilts, I have found it perfect for adding to sandwiches and blending into green smoothies. Highly recommend it for the quality and convenience.
