This is an all purpose white chocolate that can be used for ganaches, mousses, for dipping, candy making, decoration and baking.

White chocolate can be colored but use caution when selecting product to color chocolate.

You dont ahve to break the callets or shave a big block of chocolate.

These callets have are all purpose and therefore have medium liquidity and are good for medium shell ( than thin) molding and dipping.
