Best metal scrubbers.

I like these because they are copper instead of steel, so they don't get rusty. these are more effective on aluminum pots and pans and cast-iron skillets than green scratchies, but they will scratch surfaces so I only use them on aluminum pans and metal spatulas, etc.

Best used when the pan is unglazed teflon and hot!

These pads should never meet with Teflon as scarring the coating will make the pan toxic. Stainless steel, cast iron pans are best cleaned while they are very hot. Stainless steel clean best when cooking tomato based sauces and soups. For tough stains, soak in vinegar water over night and and then scrub. The smell is fragrant and easy to use to keep your copperbottom pans gleaming bright.
