lots of things you can do with this.

I use it for stuffed bell peppers and put a little cheese on top after they get done let it melt and it's good good. I've also made it without stuffing the bell peppers just cutting them up and putting them in with the mix and it's great too.

I just add hamburger, onions, bell peppers %26 the tomatoes you have put in it to make it Spanish rice. I make a deconstructed stuffed pepper. I use red, yellow %26 Orange bell peppers. I just cut the peppers in to small chunks.

One of the best of this product line in my opinion. I didn't have canned diced tomato as instructed on box so I put in some chopped fresh tomato and turned out really good. We like this added to burrito's.
