Please whatever you do, DO not change the formula I understand that as ingredients become scarce companies tend to change formulas of proteins. My son seems to like the taste and texture of this shake but he just started using it this week to bulk for his off-season so we will see how well it works. The scoop for the powder is huge but mixes well without clumps. Hard to find protein shakes with this many grams of protein per serving.
