Take the leap and try something new.

I didn't know where to start. It is almost impossible to find these kinds of flavors in most areas, so luckily I grabbed this as soon as I saw it. When people do that, it's a HUGE chance, you're not going to like it. But you have to take the leap. I only tried the Tiki Masala so far, it smelled unusual, but that's because I am not familiar with these flavors and spices, and the heat level is very important to a lot of people. The heat was in-between, which is great because it can be tweaked. I used chicken breast, I think next time I will use boneless thighs, but I had it over jasmine rice, and it was delicious. I wish I had bought Nan, but I will when I make the butter chicken.

Delicious! my suggestion is to not follow the instructions on the back because they're too complicated and unnecessary. I grabbed two 8 oz chicken breast and put them in a crock pot and dumped two of the sauce packets on top and let it cook until the meat was at internal temperature and it turned out delicious.
