It features a polished exterior, a thickness of 2.6 mm, and heats up quickly for superior cooking control. Each piece has a brushed stainless steel handle and pouring rims.
- This versatile cookware is compatible with all cooking surfaces, including gas, electric, halogen, induction, and is oven-safe, including under the broiler. It is hand wash only and not dishwasher safe.
- Care instructions: Avoid high heat for long periods and do not leave empty pans on heated burners. Do not use metal utensils on non-stick surfaces, and avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can damage the cookware. Misuse will void the warranty, and bleach should never be used, as it can damage the stainless steel interior.
