Dosage
Take one serving (1 scoop) of C4 Sport, mixed with 4-6 fl. oz. of water 20 - 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine.

This is the first pre-workout that I bought back when I started working out 2 years ago. They stopped selling it at my Walmart last year, I was disappointed. Especially when only they sell 20 servings there of other stuff there. I like my 30 it gets me through the month. So I decided to look it up here and found the exact same product I always swore by. It feels like I'm back into the groove. The fact i always loved about this is creatine is in there it saves your own reserves for that day. Or for new goers Its a step ahead. definitely will buy again or maybe make this my usual stop shop. I definitely recommend it for anyone or even new goers. If you like blue raspberry you most likely will like it.

I used to mix it in 1/4 of water but now I just take the scoop and put it on my tongue and wash it down with water 30 minutes b4 my work out. I sweat more and have more energy.
