My hands are very sensitive and when I first applied this, I had open cuts from the dryness and it stung a bit. But after some minor minimal discomfort, my hands had finally got some relief! Very pricey , and I wish it had just a bit of a scent. It is super soft and luxurious , although I don't think it absorbs all the way. If you go to pick up a glass, that is slightly damp it may just slip through your fingers. This was recommended by my doctor who Notice I had very very dry hands.
