I was having gut problems so I switched to lactose-free milk and the fat freeze even better because it doesn't have all the added calories and fat content in it and realized soon after that lactose-free milk lasts three times longer in the fridge which is good because we don't drink it enough

Cheaper than the other lactose-free brand. Tastes just like regular milk, except it doesn't cause issues with our tummies and other unpleasant side effects of we have non-lactose milk. So yes, lactose intolerance is real, someone perpetuated a belief that it's a milk protein issue and it isn't, that milk doesn't work for us.

I love pumpkin spice anything lol So finding coffee creamer that's lactose free and soy free makes me very happy! I buy it all season! ! It makes my chai tea so creamy and delicious I love it! I love how easy the pop top is to use and keeps it from leaking when you shake it to ensure it's creamy consistency in every cup! I use a 40 ounce thermos cup so I definitely use more than one serving but the calories are acceptable to me. Pumpkin is one of my favorite flavors! I just wish they would make it available all year round.
